Hiring and Job Fit Assessments Recommended by Standard Distributing

Dear Tom,

I am pleased to give my recommendation for your company and Profiles International.

Our company has never used assessments prior to our association this past summer. When you first presented to us, I explained to you that we often used an employment agency and that after our 90-day probation period many employees changed their behaviors. You explained that your products could help us to better know our candidates often avoiding this situation. After considering your presentation we decided to try two of your products.

My first experience came with the Step One Survey. We have been very pleased with the information that it has given us about perspective employees. We have used it to screen applicants, even those coming from the employment services. We will not hire any new employees without the use of the Step One Survey.

Recently, we have started using the Profile. We just set our job match benchmarks for one of our positions. We were amazed at how these assessments were able to measure the total person so accurately. After seeing the results we have decided to set other benchmarks and to start comparing our top performers and low performers.

I have found the use of the Internet to get our results has been very convenient. I have also been very pleased with the service you have given to us. The ability to call you with any questions and get answers quickly has been very helpful.
